Crown XLE maintenance alert at 5,000 miles

Does anyone know where I can get the official maintenance schedule for my Crown XLE? I received a maintenance notice at 5,000 miles, but the dealer told me the first oil change isn't due until 15,000 miles.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation at 3,000 miles. Toyota Care covered it, but I had to skip the free service at 5,000 miles. I didn't want to risk those metal shavings hanging around in the engine, so I figured it was worth it.

15k miles? Isn't that too much? Someone recommended me to do it at 10k. Weird.

I agree, I doubt they'll wait until 15,000 miles to change the oil
