Missing Owner's Manual from Toyota Owners Portal – Any Ideas?

I was able to download the Owner's Manual for my 2023 Crown when I first got it last May, but now I can't find it on my computer. When I try to re-download it from the Toyota Owners portal, I get a message saying "No Manuals Found for this vehicle."

Does anyone know why Toyota would remove these manuals? It seems like it wouldn’t be a big issue to keep them available for download. Any thoughts?
 
It's really strange that you can't download your Crown's manual anymore especially since you could before. It's a hassle to lose access to it. It might be a website error or maybe they're updating the manual. Or they might want you to use the in-car or app versions. Whatever the reason it's annoying. You should contact Toyota support to ask why and see if others on Crown forums are having the same problem. They need to make those manuals easy to access.
