Tried opening the trunk but nothing worked

I hit my first issue with my 2023 Crown Platinum. Tried opening the trunk with the key fob, the button inside, and the button on the trunk itself, but nothing worked, guess the trunk’s having a moment. Looks like it might be an actuator problem? So I’m off to the dealer on Tuesday. Here’s hoping they can talk it out of its funk

That's a bummer! it sounds like an actuator issue those little motors can definitely get finicky. the dealer can get it sorted quickly. Keep us posted on what they find.

Did the dealer figure out what was up with the trunk? Curious to hear what they found!

Is the glovebox button with the trunk lock feature exclusive to the Platinum trim, or is it available as part of a premium package? I don’t think my Crown XLE has it, but I could be mistaken.
